Working in the PPM space. Knowledge of QA test planning and test case tools, such as HP ALM. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Visio) Ability to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and succinctly, complex design and technical issues.
