· Review, analyze, and modify programming systems including
encoding, testing, debugging, documenting and installing programs. ·
Conducts cost evaluations, user needs analysis, in-house system
customizations and upgrades, system performance studies, and enhancement
recommendations. · Responsible for writing and/or supporting
computer applications, with close involvement in the installation of vendor
releases and enhancements, analysis, design, coding, testing, documenting,
and production implementation system-required modifications. · Develops
data retrieval and data management systems. · May assist training
