Send me your updated resume at *[email protected]* <[email protected]> *Role name : Ab Initio Developer (Data Quality management (DQM) Location : Stamford, CT Duration : 6 Months+ Role Description:* - Expertise on Ab Initio components of Partition, De-partition,Database, Datasets, Transform, FTP and Sort to build Graphs in GDE. - Prepared the Detailed Design Document for the all the modules required for development - Provide input into and leverage the governance framework to identify accountability for data quality across a matrix organization and provides a foundation for continuous improvement - Provide transparency on the current state of data quality, the intended purpose of data and its impact to the business - Develop the data quality strategy by designing a comprehensive data quality approach and plan that focuses on key business issues delivering improved analytics - Establish the process for tracking, escalating and resolving data quality issues, including implementing processes and procedures - Implement remediation and data cleansing process and procedures - Establish processes and procedures for profiling and analyzing data against requirements, policies and standards - Perform source data profiling and analysis against established Data Quality (DQ) controls and compliance standards defined by key internal stakeholders - Conduct quantitative and qualitative data quality analysis * Essential Skills : * 1) Ab Initio Skills: Graph Development, Ab Initio standard environment parameters, GDE, EME basics, SDLC, Data Analysis 2) Database: SQL Proficient, DB Load / Unload Utilities expert, relevant experience in Oracle, DB2 3) UNIX: Shell Scripting - python 4) Scheduling knowledge (Control M, Autosys, Maestro, TWS, ESP) 5) DQ modules of Ab Initio (Graphs, validation rules, metadatahub). * Desirable Skills:* - Prepared the Detailed Design Document for the all the modules required for development - Design continuous data quality monitoring services to identify data quality exceptions as they enter the data flow - Design and implement data quality dashboards and scorecards to track and monitor data quality issues, exceptions (DQ rule failures) and observed defects.
