*1.Java / J2EE Tech Lead *
· Most importantly candidate must have a minimum of 8 years of
Java/J2EE and JSP application Development.
· Candidate must have knowledge and command of entire technical
bandwidth of typical enterprise web based applications from UI to Database.
· Excellent understanding of Design Patterns and Hibernate
technology.
· Expertise in architecting, Design and Development of Enterprise
applications.
· Excellent knowledge of Spring MVC.
· String Builder, Multithreading, Serialization and Exception
Handling.
· Strong in SQL queries optimization.
· Exposure to end to end enterprise web base application
development life cycle.
· UML artifacts at different SDLC phases (optional).
· Strong Leadership skills, ability to drive initiatives from
requirements gathering to deployment and production support across team’s
location onsite and offshore.
· Possess excellent communication skills and ability to interact
with end users and businesses effectively.
*2.Java Requirement *
Must be willing to relocate anywhere in the US
Availability: Must be able to interview immediately and start within one
week. Requirement could close at any time.
• Strong Technical knowledge and with skill set -
• Java, Spring, MVC, Spring Core, Spring Integration, Spring Batch,
Design Patterns, Webservices, SOAP UI, Oracle PL SQL
• Good healthcare domain knowledge
• Coding experience in large and complex projects and ready for
hands-on work.
• Onshore-Offshore coordination.
