   ·         Proactive maintenance support (backups, DB/OS patching, etc.)

   ·         Audit & Risk Remediation

   ·         SCRM Disaster Recovery Testing

   ·         Source Code Repository Architecture

   ·         JIRA & Atlassian tool Architecture



   *Problem & Incident Resolution:*

   ·         Problem & Incident Resolution

   ·         Root cause analysis

   ·         Fix & Test

   ·         Implement resolution

   ·         Updates to process/policy docs



   *Version Control:*

   ·         Troubleshoot branch or merge issues

   ·         Create new repositories

   ·         Modify repository structures



   *Software Build & Deployment (including Automation):*

   ·         Build & Deployment Automation

   ·         Test & Deploy

   ·         Define platform specific release schedules (non-production)
