Duration: Long Term ========================== *Role:- UX Designer* *RESPONSIBILITIES:* · Execute design capabilities on high-level visual design requests for a diverse mixture of projects across creative mediums (print, Web, apps, physical). · Assist with the expansion of the Visual Design Style Guide, act as an arbiter of taste in concert with Ray Dalio (founder), Jeff Taylor (Creative Leader, Core Management) and Creative Director. · Use his/her visual design expertise to raise the communication of the companys brand to the next level. · Style Guide Ambassador/Quality Control: Ensure quality and brand fidelity across the company’s visual assets. · Work to create cohesion across internal and external communications. Build systems that ensure consistent expression of our brand over time. · Account manager/project lead: Act as advisor and project lead to internal clients (Client Service, Recruiting, Community) and their brand communication projects (annual report, client portal, holiday card, etc.).
