They are moving everything over to the cloud and need consultants with the
following skillset.  #1 is most important – needs to have the different
Unix systems and windows.  Also -- #4 is second most important.

*Skill Set: the person should have as much of these as possible…(especially
#1 )*

   1. Ubuntu, Debian, SUSE and Red Hat Linux, FreeBSD, Windows 2003 through
   2012 R2
   2. Office 365, SharePoint 2007+, Microsoft Office 2007+
   3. Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure
   4. Microsoft Hyper-V 2008 R2+, VMware vSphere and vCenter 5.0+, Proxmox
   VE
   5. Physical-to-Virtual, Virtual-to-Virtual and virtualized platform
   migrations (Physical to AWS, AWS to vSphere, vSphere to Hyper-V, Hyper-V to
   Azure, etc)

 *Responsibilities:*

   - Monitor system performance and utilization
   - Install, configure, and document new servers and applications
   - Maintain and audit user accounts and servers and system security
   - Manage fileserver utilization (shared folders, quotas, etc.)
   - Track vulnerabilities and apply appropriate patches and upgrades
   - Generate statistics for operational review and planning
   - Mentor and train others
