*Job Title: SAP BI BW Consultant* *Location: Maplewood - MN* *Duration: 12+ Months* *Responsibilities & Required Skills:* · The Source to Pay (STP) Reporting Team is seeking an SAP Reporting Specialist to gather and translate SAP Reporting (BI/BW) business requirements into specifications that include technical table and field names from SAP systems (ECC, SRM, Ariba, VIM). · The ideal candidate will be able to not only write requirements, but also perform data validation/QA testing for correctness and usability. · Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position and provides best practicing sharing within work group. · Worker will serve as primary liaison between the business finance community and the IT organization and will be directly responsible for reviewing, revising, designing business processes based upon SAP and industry best practices. · Responsible for identifying new systems opportunities, developing and selling the business case for change, defining the new system and process requirements, and managing the solution delivery to the business community. · Keys to success in this position are the following: strong knowledge of best practice finance and controlled accounting processes pertaining to discrete manufacturing, exceptional interpersonal skill, business acumen, project management skill, the ability to transform this knowledge and experience into new business processes, and the skill to present and prove a business case. -- Thanks & Regards, *Sampath* Damcosoft Inc.
