Stay current with SAP HCM & ECC security changes, trends and threats. Work with other components of the Center of Expertise to resolve system issues. Provide afterhours pager coverage for business critical situations. *Job Qualifications:* Ø Proven 5 years’ experience with SAP HCM in the following areas: o Payroll – Must have o Time Evaluation – Must have o Employee Self Service – Must have o Manager Self Service – Must have o Personnel Administration – Must have o Organizational Management – Nice to have o Talent Management – Nice to have o Cross Application Time Sheet – Nice to have Ø Knowledge and experience with Success Factors is preferred Ø SAP ECC, GRC Security Administration knowledge and experience required. CLM, EWM, AII, and Ariba experience a plus. Ø Advanced understanding of the Authorization Concept for SAP ECC required Ø Comprehensive experience with the SAP Profile Generator tool Ø Knowledge of HCM Security tables and authorization objects Ø Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley legislation Ø Must have a good understanding of system risk and mitigating controls Ø Understanding of segregation of duties Ø Knowledge of SAP Security parameter and privileges configuration Ø Must have a good understanding of business processes, system risk, and controls to mitigate system risk. Ø Understanding of the SAP Environment, including Basis and ABAP objects, Transport Management System (TMS), business processes, bolt-ons and interfaces. Ø Implementation experience with SAP Ø Strong analytical, problem-solving, conceptual, and project management skills are required. Ø Effective time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities is required. Being proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to motivate others, is required. Ø A customer-focused, service attitude, working with all levels of the organization, both technical and nontechnical, is required. Ø Work closely in a team environment Ø Advanced knowledge of application software tools, including presentation, spreadsheet, project management and word processing applications (e.g., Microsoft applications) is required. Ø Strong developed interpersonal, written and verbal skills, including active listening, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms is required. Ø Excellent technical writing and system documentation skills are required. Ø Prefer 8+ years of functional experience with SAP HR Security, with knowledge of associated SAP data dictionary and common tables.
