Knowledge of various user types and data (customization, work bench etc) in SAP system. Should be able to provide level 1 support to the users ofSAP in terms of understanding the requirement of authorization, do troubleshooting for the determination of missing authorization in area SAP Security administration . Ability to perform basic Security monitoring of system and Security logs. Conversant with service market place able to browse through SAP notes for the given problem and download required patches. Should be able to assign / remove roles to the users. Ability to perform Password reset, user creation, deletion, mass creation and user maintenance. Should have atleast 0 -2 year of SAP experience in basis administration.
