Develop and implement a knowledge transfer plan. Manage team deliverables and assigned tasks. Lead the day-to-day analysis and requirement gathering phases of projects. Lead overall functional and technical design. Lead team-programming efforts; provide programming assistance to team members. Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive test plan and testing approach for a system development effort, and lead the implementation and turnover of software to clients. Effectively deal with internal and external clients and management. Provide leadership for larger and complex written communications.
