Job Title : *After Marketing & Technical Support Engineer*

Location : *Irvine, CA*



*Job Description:*

·         Experience with Manage in-service Customer issues, liaising with
all areas of the business to bring them to a satisfactory conclusion.

·         Good experience in Implement and maintain a reliability database
providing information, as and when required to assist bids and queries (re.
FMEA, PBTH & GDMC rates etc.)

·         Assist the ‘Technical Publications Co-coordinator to collate
relevant information to generate technical documents such as CMMs, SB, LSP,
CMPs etc.

·         Liaise with internal and external Customers (MRO centers,
Operators etc.) as and when required.

·         Assist the ‘Business Improvements Initiatives’ to facilitate MRO
base events (i.e. VSM, set-up etc.)

·         Support EIS (Entry into Service) Programs and ‘In-Service’
reviews.

·         Provide technical support and training in MCS products.

·         Adjudicate warranty claims.

·         Any other tasks considered commensurate with your role by your
manager.
