Hi, I have the below requirement with my preferred vendor. Please do let me know if you have any suitable profile *DevOps Engineer* *San Jose, CA* *6-12 Months+* • Be available to provide 24x7 support • Lead the troubleshooting exercise when issues are observed in the field • Provide ideas to restore service as fast as possible to minimize service outage, or subscriber impact • Work with development team to implement final resolution • Provide feedback to engineering team to create operational improvements to the product • Work on creating system utilities that can help in troubleshooting • Work on creating utilities that can proactively detect issues before they are seen in the field RESPONSIBILITIES: • BS in Computer Science or equivalent. • Relevant industry experience (7+ years) • Analytical mind.
