Metric Insights activities: • Taking care of Metric Insights access requests. • Metric Insights new category & groups requests. • Addressing Metric Insights technical issues Micro Strategy activities: • MSTR Code migrations across Environments. • MSTR-10 Upgrade Testing and following up with MSTR Support on all MSTR related issues. • On Call Support • Setting up of new Projects in PRD • Setting up of Non Sales Security, Cleaning up of EPM & GOAL SHEET access related issues and supporting all AGS development teams in resolving their MSTR related issues. Alteryx Activities: · Debug workflows · Enable new workflows · Answer customer inquiries regarding app · Performance testing & tuning. Non- Technical Tasks: · Issuing Tableau Desktop License keys during IST hours. · Raising ARM access request to MSTR/Tableau on behalf of new users.
