*Main responsibilities include:*

   - Lead test activities with team to ensure software applications have
   high test coverage strategies
   - Develop and implement test methodologies to ensure repeatable test
   approaches
   - Estimate the testing work involved using industry accepted estimation
   practices for testing
   - Lead design and development of test plans, test cases, and test
   execution; develop regression suites
   - Gather & analyze test requirements based on business scenarios
   - Build traceability matrix between requirements, test cases and defects
   and report trends to project team for any necessary action to be taken to
   keep project on-track
   - Identify test data requirements for test cases and manage test data
   - Execute test cases and report defects with industry standard test
   lifecycle tools
   - Liaise with development teams for issue/ defect resolution; actively
   participate in defect triage meetings



*Requirements:*

   - BS in Computer Science, EE, or related field (or equivalent)
   - 5+ years of related industry experience; testing certifications a plus
   - Strong problem solving skills
   - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); excellent
   relationship skills
