*Title: Manual QA Analyst - Data Warehouse Tester* *Location: Bristol, CT *
*Duration: 6 Months* You'll develop and execute validation scripts, and work closely with Business Analysts, Data Analysts, Developers and Product Owners to ensure data extracted from multiple sources is valid and accurate. *Responsibilities:* . Play an integral part in both SQL and Manual testing across multiple Scrum teams . Work closely with Business Analysts, Data Analysts, Development, and Product Owners to ensure data extracted from multiple source systems is valid and accurate . Participate in design and implementation of Q/A test strategies and protocols used in QA processes; ensures the full application of all relevant QA protocols, processes and procedures . Document, track and verify defects and fixes in assigned applications . Develop, documents and implement QA standards for assigned applications . Participate in ensuring that assigned projects adhere to agreed-upon functional specification and applicable QA standards . Manage the troubleshooting of or troubleshoots and resolves identified QA problems and issues . Interpet QA issues and problems for technical and non-technical personnel as well as findings & protocols for QA Management *Required Skills:* . 4+ years Manual QA Testing experience - Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence is mandatory; Data Migration experience is a plus . 3+ years experience testing in an Agile / Scrum testing environment . Hands-on experience with SQL and Manual Testing across multiple Scrum teams . Experience with any BI Tool is sufficient, but Business Objects or MicroStrategy is a huge plus . Experience developing and executing validation scripts, creating sample reports using Business Objects, reconciling report data and measuring query performance . Experience documenting, tracking and verifying defects and fixes in assigned applications . Experience developing, documenting and implementing QA standards for assigned applications .
