*Title: SAP FI / CO Trainer * *Location: New York, NY*
*Duration: Long-term* The Trainer will be expected to bring existing screenshots and other training materials to the project, and utilize them to train business users on the functionality of our client's SAP FI / CO implementation. The SAP Trainer will work closely with the implementation team to learn the ins and outs of our client's current SAP configuration, then work in conjunction with the business lead to execute a training plan / program for business users. *Responsibilities:* . Work closely with the Functional Team and SMEs to understand unique business processes, change impacts, training needs and appropriate delivery method . Update course curriculum based on understanding of business processes, change impacts and audience groups . Develop Training Course Outline to scope out training for each FICO module based on defined training requirements . Develop role based End User Training (EUT) materials including overview presentation, simulations, step-by-step guides, Quick Reference Guides . Ensure training materials reflect and supports role and realistic business process scenarios . Develop practice exercises, prepare data sets and build data scenarios in the SAP training client to support hands on exercises . Work with Functional Team , SMEs, BPOs and Trainers to review, approve and finalize training materials . Facilitate the delivery of Train-The-Trainer (TTT) sessions and work with Trainers to prepare for instructor-led classroom training delivery . Help build Lunch and Learn materials and support the delivery of the sessions to educate impacted user groups prior to formal End User Training (EUT) sessions . Refresh training materials as required during Testing, Train-the-Trainer (TTT) session and during training delivery as required . Monitor changes to and keep up to date with system modifications, changes to processes, etc., and ensure the changes are reflected in the training materials . Identify and escalate any issues relating to training documentation and knowledge transfer to the Trainers *Required Skills:* . Must have basic functional knowledge of SAP FI / CO - All component modules AP, AR, GL, AA, CO, etc. . 3 or more years of instructional design and classroom adult training experience . Prior experience with Camtasia tool for Training Material Development . Must have delivered multiple SAP FI / CO training programs . Must be able to bring a library of training materials to the project (user guides, screen shots, videos, etc) .
