Experience with SQL Optimization, performance tuning expected* *Experience with BEA Weblogic / Websphere Application Server* *Experience in Development tools like Eclipse, IntelliJ and Toad* *Experience in Version Control System such as Perforce, Serena PVCS, Knowledge in Cognos is added advantage* Prior experience with Model N Revenue Management applications, revenue management-related software in general, Life Sciences business processes and applications is required Must be able to document work in a professional manner. Experience in communicating with business users; able to work with a group of developers offshore, business analysts, and system administrators supporting ongoing operations of the Model N Revenue. Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations support, with an emphasis on formal methodologies Experience with, complex data movement, integration points, and performance Model N build and release technologies and processes will be an advantage Must possession strong communication skills, and a disciplined self-starter Having interface experience with other systems is added advantage Ability to speak, listen and write in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problem, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness *Role Description: * - Lead technical work stream according to the established policies and practices of the organization - Lead status meetings with the development and management teams. - Facilitates Technical/functional requirement review, approval, and sign-off. - Work with the engagement manager to determine the overall application support approach - Support functional team through Triaging and Technical analysis to Issue resolution - Coordinate and work with technical counterparts from partner firms and client - Resolve issues and challenges associated with supporting an Implementation. - Work with the management team to track daily progress and identify risks for the project. Assemble and mobilize technical team in preparation and prepare key activities for the technical work stream - Review functional specifications, work with technical team on delivery of technical specification - Monitor the progress of the technical work stream and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful resolution of issues timely and of high quality - Communicate technical issues with minimal direction and guidance.
