*Duration: 6 Months* Seeking a Quality Assurance Tester to execute a combination of manual and automated testing routines for web-based applications. This individual will work closely with the development team and business users to execute functionality testing of a large-scale, complex enterprise-wide applications in an Agile / Continuous Integration environment. Defect tracking will be recorded & reported using ALM and Jira.. *Requirements:* . 6+ years' experience as a QA Tester - with at least 2 years of experience involving the execution of Automated Test Scripts . Must have excellent writing skills - since a large part of the project is writing & executing test cases . Must have experience focused on back-end testing leveraging Selenium . Must have experience testing in an Agile development environment (supporting DevOps and Continuous Integration) . Experience with Client's ALM for defect tracking & results reporting . Experience with Jira and Serena Business Mashups (SBM) is a big PLUS . Must have experience testing SOAP-based WebServices . Cable Industry experience is highly desirable (DNCS, VOD, Set-top boxes, MPEG2 / MPEG4, etc.) . Must have excellent verbal communications skills . Must have some work hour flexibility, ie: 10am-6pm or 11am-7pm shifts .
