Enterprise Content Management - especially Web Content Management for Portals in OpenText Vignette Portal/WCM (and other CMS like Adobe CQ5 or Adobe Experience manager, Orchestra CMS, Sitefinity etc… are good to have) 2. Strong User Experience to define User Journey maps and user stories (User Centered Analysis) 3. Define Web Services specification for Web Portal Integration with backend applications via Web Services (REST, SOAP APIs). Good knowledge on how to integrate web portals with backend systems (esp ERP like Oracle, Siebel, OBIEE, etc..) 4. Enterprise Business Process management and Application Integration - Salesforce Integration with web portals. *Technical Skills:* Knowledge on following products/systems: Ø Vignette (OpenText) CMS & Portal, Ø Microsoft Visio Ø Salesforce CRM, Communities Ø Adobe Experience Manager/CQ5 (good to have), Ø Google Analytics, SEO and marketing tools Ø Fair bit of knowledge on Oracle, Siebel, OBIEE *Soft Skills: * Ø Good Business Interaction and connect. Good understanding of Telecom Business Model especially on Marketing & Web Technologies Ø Very good articulation and lead to drive focused meetings with various stakeholders. *Good-to-Have * Ø Development experience in Web Portal technologies especially Content Management System - User Experience design - Enterprise Application Development Ø Good understanding of Telecom Business *Roles and Responsibilities:* 1. Business Systems Analyst to lead Vignette Portal re-platform and integrations with backend systems 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers and subject matter 3. Working knowledge of MS Visio, Word, Outlook, and Excel. 4. Ability to analyze and document complex business requirements and needs and provide suggestions, ideas and solutions. 5. Ability to make effective decisions under pressure. 6. Ability to think analytically and should have excellent problem solving skills. 7.
