Hope you are doing great today..!!! *Role : Program Manager/Solution Specialist(CMDB Exp)* *Location : Culver City, CA* *Client: TCS* *Duration : Long term* *Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills * We are seeking an experienced Program Manager/Solution Specialist to lead the next phases of our CMDB implementation in ServiceNow. The focus of the program will be implement auto discovery, integrate with tools such as CyberArk, SCCM and Airwatch. Launch an Asset Management module aligned to business requirements, and integration with Software Asset Management tools whilst ensuring that processes are implemented to ensure our CMDB stays current. Strong experience in CMDB and Change is required. This positon requires expertise in designing and implementing solutions as well as managing the day to day activities of the program. The role of the Program Manager will be to manage functional and technical resources for this phase, manage and track timelines, team deliverables and report and escalate the status of the program regularly. Experience in leading cross-functional team efforts and executing project management methodology is required. The candidate must be hands on and very detailed oriented. Strong communication and listening skills are essential in this role as they will be interacting with all levels of users as well as facilitating meetings. Candidates must have a take charge attitude and the ability to effectively multi-task. The ideal candidate should have corporate management or prior consulting experience with a reputable consulting company. Entertainment background, preferred.
