*Job Title : SFDC/Salesforce Developer*

*Job Description:*
The SFDC Developer will participate in the analyzing, writing, testing and
deploying of software applications using the current set of standards and
methodologies. This includes researching, designing, documenting, and
modifying software specifications throughout the development life cycle.
Participates with business partner in design reviews and technical
briefings and evaluates alternative system solutions and functional
specifications. Sr. Software Developer usually leads the effort above and
provides mentoring to Software Developers. Typically assigned more complex
applications and business needs.
*Required Skills**:*
Salesforce Developer with Flex and Visual Force page experience
Sales Force Admin experience, experience with back-end integrations to
Salesforce
Java or .Net experience would be a Big Plus
*Experience / Skills / Abilities**:*
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret information and effectively
present information and respond to questions from all levels of the
business.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of
concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists;
Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Develops. alternative
and innovative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations;
Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics; Meets challenges with
resourcefulness
- Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations;
Listens and gets clarification. Writes clearly and informatively; Presents
numerical data effectively; Ability to effectively communicate technical
information.
*Education & Knowledge**:*
Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of relevant experience OR Master’s
degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience OR equivalent work experience
Acts as a subject expert with in-depth knowledge of primary
discipline or area
Working knowledge of industry related issues
