You will connect to the Office 365 suite (Office 2013, Outlook, Skype for Business, SharePoint, etc.) across all organizations; develop plans to address. You will be required to apply structured organizational change management methods for addressing the people side of change for Office 365 and inter-dependent projects' change efforts. You will be required to develop and implement organizational change management plans. You will Work with Office 365 Training Lead to identify training development and delivery needs; collaborate on a comprehensive training strategy and plan You will work as a member of the Office 365 OCM Project team and other project team members to define and integrate organizational change management activities into the overall project plan and ensure activities are aligned with and meeting key project stakeholders expected outcomes.
