PeopleSoft HCM QA professional with solid experience implementing, supporting and upgrading PeopleSoft Human Capital Management system PeopleSoft Financials application systems knowledge is desirable, but not essential. 2. Proven ability to serve as a lead QA analyst and liaison between business owners, technical staff and have experience working with an offshore team model. 3. Experience working with HP QC/ALM mainly testing and defects section. 4. Ability to convert requirements into test cases and execute them in QC. 5. Functional PeopleSoft knowledge (Modules: NA Payroll, T&L) is a must. 6. Ability to write and execute SQL queries. 7. Working on an Offshore Onsite model and working very closely with the customer. 8. Following agile methodology and understanding all the scrum process. 9.
