Job Role : *Networking* Location: Greensboro, NC Duration: 6 Months *Job description :* · the single point of contact for issues escalated by KWI/ TOLT/ client Service desk · Co-ordinate with hardware and software vendors for store infrastructure such as POS registers, Receipt printers, Cash drawers · Upgrading KWI registers from Ver 5 to Ver 6 · Coordinating the replacements of damaged Pinpads · Coordinating with the team responsible for deployment of switches, receipt printers/ cash drawers · Coordinate with Sprint and other telco providers · Coordinate and be the point of contact for all concerned store managers · Make suggestions for continuous improvement · Escalate unresolved issues/ vendor issues to appropriate client Service managers · Maintain log of activities/ incidents on a defined timely manne Thanks & Regards, *Hari Krishna* Technical Recruiter Deegit INC.
