*Title: Quality Assurance Test Manager*

*Location: Boston, MADuration: 6 months+*

The ideal candidate needs to be experienced with the processing of
commercial, Medicare, or Medicaid claims data and the use of IBM Netezza.
Our client is enhancing its current data resources. As part of the new
development, our client must develop processing, validation, and data
quality tests for its all-payers claims database (APCD) and other data
feeds.

The Quality Assurance Test Manager will work with as part of the client's
quality team, developing queries, documenting results and mentoring other
staff.
Duties include, but are not limited to: running SQL queries against large
claims and provider databases; assessing data quality metrics using SQL
queries and business intelligence tools; and using client specific and
industry standard assessment algorithms to determine completeness,
uniformity, accuracy, consistency and linkage reliability of data elements.
The Quality Assurance Test Manager must be a strong SQL programmer and have
experience with both SQL Server and IBM Netezza platforms.

*Qualifications*

   - Experience working with commercial, Medicare, or Medicaid claims
   - Experience with industry standard quality assurance practices
   - 5 years of experience programming SQL
   - Expertise with SQL Server and IBM Netezza
   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
   - Strong documentation and methodology writing
