*Location: Texas, USA*
* Duration :6+ Months*
*Skill Set:*
· At least 5 years of experience in Cisco ICM / UCCE Components.
· At least 4 years of experience in routing script design and
development using Cisco ICM Script Editor and integration with external
interfaces.
· At least 3 years of experience in hands on experience in Cisco
Configuration Manager, Cisco Call Manager and reporting.
· Strong Knowledge on Cisco CTIOS and Cisco platform SDK.
· Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an
independent project from an architectural stand point
· At least 3 years of experience in translating
functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements.
· Experience and understanding of in Production support and
performance engineering.
· At least 2 years of experience in thought leadership, white
papers and leadership/mentoring of staff and internal consulting teams
· Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
· Analytical skills
· Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
