Required Education: Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline or equivalent experience. Required Experience: 8 to 10 years of professional experience 4 to 6 years experience in specialized area 3 years of programming and analytical work Preferred Experience/Education: Masters Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science Job-Specific Decision Rights Other than policy-related decision rights.
