Responsible for daily Telegence bill audit functions in the Bill Quality organization. Candidate will identify/selectt subscribers and BAN's for the online audit process. Run queries for data collection and reporting research. Responsible for applying analytical skills while reviewing and validating various charges and bill formats. Resolves first level issues. Will perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor. Also responsible for assisting others in the department with various routine/non routine tasks. * *Qualifications: Wireless billing experience. Auditing Experience. BID experience. Independant problem solver. Accurate. MS Excel.
