Project is a critical and comprehensive effort to correctly define customer structures across all business strata, including federal, wholesale, and the complete range of retail business segments. This definition work is needed both by CFO (for legal customer hierarchy) and CMO (for sales account assignment).Job Description:Responsible for working with an existing team of researchers / developers; to integrate the legacy SBC and T business sales channels. The NPW supports both production deliverables and analysis associated with customer structure reconciliation. In particular, NPW supports a research effort to take low-level customer cross-references (at the account and WTN level), and push these associations up to higher level structures, (Global-ID and tiecode-affiliate codes for legacy SBC; contract-level Master Customer Numbers (MCNs) and Group-IDs for legacy T), with the goal of identifying one-to-one and subset relationships between the two high-level legacy structures. Such relationships will then be used for ownership propagation with the lower-level structures. * *Extensive familiarity with Linux/Unix and applications programming in C and Shell script (familiarity with Perl a plus), Strong Data warehousing techniques using Oracle, PL/SQL.
