Proven leadership skill sets (ability to lead matrixed resources, crossing many groups and organizations). Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills and a comfort level in communicating with individuals and groups. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience interacting with many organizational levels across technical and business groups. Proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have proficiency with the Microsoft Suite tools for projects. Ability to develop and implement best practices and procedures in a complex and high-volume environment. Proven track record managing multiple concurrent testing efforts and code streams.* *Preferred Skills:* *Experience in mortgage banking industry. Experience in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience in VB Script development. Experience in defect tracking, reporting, and metrics for testing.
