Strong focus on proactively developing creative solutions Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership Capable of working at a detailed level while maintaining and retaining "big picture" concepts Experience with persona development and creating persona-based scenarios Drafting wire frames and development of storyboards preferred. Capable of mapping process flow diagrams Actively participated in process reengineering efforts. Functions effectively in an open, highly collaborative environment Expertise in Microsoft products Experience in Agile project methodologies preferred Familiarity with SQL and understanding of data flow diagrams preferred Insurance experience preferred Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience required. Completion of LOMA 1 and 2 preferred.
