*1.Experience in developing/maintaining/upgrading MS Access front ends to .NET 2.Experience in SQL developing and maintaining stored procedures and triggers. 3.Experience in application level problem diagnosis and trouble shooting, resolution and testing 4.Considerable experience in conducting unit and systems integration testing. 5.Experience in a lead developer role on a highly visible enterprise engagement 6.Experience supporting an enterprise application upgrade to improve performance and business practices 7.Minimum of 7-10 years experience in application software design and development with SQL technologies. 8.Strong programming skills in .NET, VB, ASP 9.Superior organizational skills, with a disciplined approach to implementation, support and documentation 10.Hands-on approach with ability to deliver to commitments 11.Self motivated and highly professional with ability to take on responsibility 12.Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines 13.Excellent client (internal & external) communication and liaison skills. * * Associated Skills * *1.
