Develops or modifies procedures to solve complex problems. a. Designs and codes screen layouts, printed outputs and interfaces with other systems b. Converts designs and specifications into computer code. c. Creates test transactions and runs unit tests to find errors and confirm programs meet specifications. d. Analyzes code to find causes of errors and revises programs. e. Consults with Senior members of the team, Project Manager, Business Analyst and/or key users to prototype, refine, and test and debug programs to meet needs. f. Responsible to deliver assigned tasks on time. g. Monitors performance of programs after implementation. 2. Develops or modifies User Interfaces. a. Creates Oracle Forms from functional and technical specifications b. Troubleshoot and modify Forms 3. Delivers project based support a. Consults with Senior members of the team, Project Manager, Business Analyst and/or key users to identify system solutions to solve business issues. b. Reports on progress and notifies project manager of obstacles encountered for delivery. c.
