* Job Duties: · Communicate quality and testing goals effectively to client stakeholders, project managers, project participants and testing staff. · Manage quality and testing deliverables, including coordination across interfacing business segments. · Ensure functionality meets documented business requirements as recorded in test results. · Define structured testing methodology and standard testing procedures. · Create and maintain testing documentation, including but not limited to Quality Strategy, Test Plans, RACI charts, Requirements Traceability Matrix, Test Scripts, Test Calendars, Testing Issues Logs, Issues Report, Project Sign-off Forms, Test Execution Logs, Test Reports. · Act in a consulting capacity to recommend and promote testing methodology, approach and standards · Work closely with the project team such as the application development team and business teams. Skills Required: · 10+ years QA experience with at least 4-5 years experience in a lead QA role.
