Four (4) or more years of experience as a Technical Architect, including the comprehension and extension of complex technical designs, the recommendation of architectural designs, and performing architectural reviews of the user interface and code. . 2. Four (4) or more years of experience working on technology projects in J2EE/Java including hands on development 3. Two (2) years experience using Rational tools for Requirements, Design, and Development. Associated Skills (must meet at least 7 to be considered) 1. Bachelor of Science degree. 2. Proven team experience including leading technical teams and working in a team environment 3. Ability to communicate effectively (written and orally) with technical and non-technical stakeholders 4. Experience documenting application and technical architecture including UML diagrams 5. Programming experience in Java Server Pages (JSP) & Servlets 6. Knowledge and experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), including XML, Web Services, and Web Service Security 7. Experience developing web applications 8. Experience in Java Server Faces (JSF). 9. Experience in Spring. 10. Experience with Hibernate. 11.
