*Job Title : Help Desk Location: Raleigh NC Duration : 6months* *Job Description: 1. Installation of Microsoft Outlook client onto our client desktops. 2. Configure Microsoft Outlook client to access ITS Microsoft Exchange server. 3. Configure Microsoft Outlook client to access ITS LDAP server. 4. Import local user email folders into ITS Microsoft Exchange environment. 5. Import user’s local address books from a variety of email clients into the Microsoft Outlook client. 6. Transfer user’s Corporate Time calendar information into ITS Microsoft Exchange environment. required . 1-2 years of experience supporting email client software. 1-2 years of experience supporting shared calendaring software. Preferred: 1. Experience using desktop remote control software. 2. Knowledge and experience using desktop remote control software to install and configure Microsoft Outlook. 3. Knowledge and experience in email/calendar migrations to Microsoft Exchange. 4. Troubleshooting email configurations within Windows XP using the Control Panel 5. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook client 2003 and 2007 6. Knowledge and experience configuring Microsoft Outlook to use LDAP.
