Someone just doing designing or development will not work. * Must have experience in working on a number of different jobs, as typically the average person there supports multiple clients and each person knows what the other person is doing, in case someone is out. * Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills as they will be responsible for heavy interaction with their clients both thru phone, & e-mail. * Must meet everyone in NYC before submitting them to the client. * They do ask for work to be bought in with them upon the face to face interview.
