Looking for a experienced tester with extensive healthcare experience. Must have KPI listed on resume.* *Skills Required: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration with 4 years of testing experience OR 6 years of testing experience. · Experience with Automated testing methodologies, manual test case creation for automated purposes, and general requirements decomposition for test automation is a must. · Experience with scripting automation tools like Winrunner, Silktest, and QTP · Clear and concise verbal, written and interpersonal skills including the ability to work in teams. · Analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with initiative and accountability. · Knowledge of testing methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle. · Experience with requirements review and manual test verification and results/metrics/KPI reporting or reporting software. · Ability to prioritize, organize, and accomplish multiple tasks, both as part of a team and independently. · Ability to manage time while working on multiple projects. · Health insurance industry experience Additional Responsibilities/Accountabilities: · Evaluate and test new or modified software products and validate documentation prior to release. · Prepare and design test plans and cases (of moderate and high complexity, covering multiple business functions and/or platforms, as needed) based on customer and software requirements and technical understanding of product architecture to attain quality software both economically and efficiently. · Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements. · Develop and execute automated test cases for both new and existing feature regression tests. · Execute manual and automated test cases according to documented test plans. · Verify accuracy of test results and document results. · Document defects in defect tracking system. · Perform re-tests to verify resolution of defects. · Reproduce, investigate, and debug software issues.
