*Job Title : Supply Chain Consultant Location : Keene, NH. Duration 6 months* *Job Duties: The candidate will have the following responsibility and accountability of supporting transportation systems, including: Detailed understanding of user needs Ability to present status and strategy to business and IT leadership Global understanding of trends in Transportation and supply chain technology. Ability to guide and direct support teams during crisis calls Identify root causes of outages Plan infrastructure capacity based on the current & future load Implement automated proactive monitoring/troubleshooting of complex applications and programs. Must be able to present ideas and articulate to IT and business leadership Must work closely with project teams and ensure highest quality implementations from design through QA to production. The Lead Developer must build relationships with business to meet their needs and other support teams to provide best system support overall Leads team and assists other project leads in the day-to-day activities related to support work. The Lead Developer must have and be able to promote an appropriate sense of urgency in regard to deliverables and support, and be able to effectively partner with lthe business to develop and deliver supply chain solutions. Skills Required: The candidate must have an expert knowledge of Manhattan Associates Transportation Lifecycle Management Suite Minimum Education: BS or advanced degree in CS, IE or ME Ability to work under considerable time pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously High energy, hard working, ability to take initiative and thrive in a start-up type of a division Exhibit excellent planning and time management skills Ability to work as a team, yet work independently on complex problems Minimum Experience: Must have functional expertise in supply chain industry, specifically TMS 5 years as a technical presales or software consultant in the supply chain/TMS software industry Strong understanding of SCE products, s/w development lifecycle, various platforms, etc 2 years of presentation and demo experience with a supply chain, software/TMS Company Proven analytical, problem solving and presentation skills.
