*Job Description: Bachelor’s Degree (BS, BA, etc.) BS in Computer Science required PMP Certification is a plus 3+ years experience doing web project management required Strong English communications skills a must MS Project experience required History of successfully delivering mid to large scale projects Experience implementing custom applications using J2EE and a working knowledge of the Oracle eBusiness Suite PM/ WEB Projects Accountable for the overall success of individual projects The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills and will be responsible for on-time and to-specification delivery of assigned web projects. DUTIES: Works with technical staff to in project estimation and budget creation and creates a realistic project deliverable schedule and with business leaders to quantify the project benefits. Responsible for communicating project status and proactively working with project team members to correct negative trends to ensure delivery within budget and schedule Candidate must adhere to standard project processes from initiation through project closure. The Project Manager is expected to actively and effectively manage: all processes within the entire project lifecycle (initiate, plan, execute, monitor & control, close) oversee multiple concurrent projects or one larger project, depending on the size and complexity of the project(s) determine the appropriate level of rigor in applying standard methods and tools for managing a given project produce desired results by using appropriate techniques in all project management activities serve as a corporate change agent, engaging project teams using a non-confrontational, collaborative, consensus-driven approach.
