The candidate must have the ability to implement requested change and test to ensure there are no unintended outcomes. Strong written, verbal and analytical skills; the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and to document business requirements. Resources are expected to be well versed with web based application based on JEE architecture and must have at least one (1) year of hands on experience in the following technologies: 1. Birt - Business Intelligence Reporting Tool Understanding of XML based message schema and familiarity with Data Sharing standard NIEM2.0 is a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability too clearly articulate to project members and stakeholders.
