*The BA should know the Tivoli Product inside and out. They should be very functional as well as have some Technical Experience. They need someone to come in and help on the installation of Tivoli as well as provide how the “business” should be run using Tivoli. The BA will be working with all the business customers (internally), as well as externally. They have Tivoli right out of the box and will be using as is. It is for the most part set up for the MF, but needs the setup for their distributed systems (laptops, servers, windows etc).
