Thorough knowledge of principles & concepts of application analysis & design, including testing, documentation & implementation Ability to analyze & interpret organizational & procedural problems to make modification to existing applications or to develop new applications. Ability to set & meet deadlines for deliverables based on user expectations, polices & guidelines Ability to communicate effectively in oral & written from.
