This position will support production Radiology systems in a multi-site environment, and will support production upgrades. Many of the systems are developed internally, so the demonstrated ability to learn new systems is a requirement. This position will also support speech recognition technologies and telemedicine opportunities throughout the customer organization. The qualified individual must: - Be able to serve as liaison between IT, Radiology, Clinical Engineering and Vendors - Be able to work in a multi-site environment - Have specific knowledge of the application suite as well as Radiation modalities and workflow in both clinic and hospital environments. - Have experience with implementing, upgrading, and supporting the Radiology applications suite, including GE PACS, Radiology Information System (RIS), Image Viewers and Archives (preferably Evercore), as well as speech recognition products (prefer Powerscribe or Dragon). - Have experience with HL7 and DICOM protocol standards - Have experience with Radiology Order Entry and Results - System and Business Analysis - 5 years required - Strong business acumen - 5 years required - Communication skills (Oral & Written) - 5 years required - Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives - Required Required skills are..
