*Job Description:*





Looking for a BSA with duties and responsibilities including but not limited
to the following:



Role of a Business Analyst at Integrys:



Project Management - Work closely with the Project Manager and business
leads to ensure clear and measurable business benefits, requirements and
deliverables are identified and documented in the project documents.  As a
member of the Project Leadership Team, acts as a role-model for reinforcing
the project management mindset.

Assist in the preparation of project plans and project status reports.

Participate in implementing risk mitigation strategies as needed.

Assist the Project Manager in a smooth implementation, focusing on timely
and effective communication and change management processes.



Business Requirements - Facilitate meetings necessary to clearly outline and
fully document business requirements.  Identify impacted business processes
as well as develop the necessary business processes to support the desired
end state of the project.  Work with the technical lead to ensure
requirements are complete and can be interpreted successfully into technical
requirements.  Obtain sign-off on the documented business requirements with
the identified key stakeholders.  Templates are available for requirements
documents but may be adjusted as needed by the nature of the assignment.



Testing - Lead the development and tracking of issues for integration
testing. Develop training plans and provide support to business areas during
critical testing and transition.



Review issue tracker.  Resolve business issues that can't be resolved within
the team and are within span of control to resolve.  For those issues which
fall outside span of control, elevate in a timely manner to prevent impacts
to schedule.



Training - Lead the development of functional training material and engage
stakeholders in creation of the training as necessary.   Work with the
stakeholders to determine who will conduct training as well as ensure
training is an on-going activity.



Project Delivery - Work closely with the Project Leadership Team to ensure
the project successfully delivers the functionality within the cost and time
parameters.



Participate in post-project review of project measures and lessons learned.
Assist the Project Manager in documentation of the post-project report.



Project Close-out - Turn over documentation will include the business rules
and process documents that reflect the changes being implemented.



Product Support - Continue to provide product support and act as a liason
between the business clients and development teams. Often times will act as
the first point of contact to assist in determining root causes as well as
provide temporary solutions to the issue until it can be resolved by the
development teams.  Continue to create and update systems documentation as
it relates to business processes as needed.  Assist with planning,
coordination and testing of system releases.  Create release documentation
to support newly released functionality.



Production Release Support - Assist with the staging of code which is ready
for production.

allocation Operational/Technical - Process flow

Degree: Bachelors Degree or equivalent education/experience
