*Job Title: Cisco CVP/ICM Engineer Duration: 2 months Location: Austin,TX* *Duties to be performed: -Development and implementation of modifications to agency wide Comptroller*s Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system. -Development of ICM routing scripts and Studio VXML applications for ACDs. -Configuration of telephony applications such as automated attendant, web attendant, interactive voice response. -Research and integration of new ACD applications into the existing environment.* *Required Skills: -Experienced with TCP/IP, Voice over IP (VoIP), Cisco IOS, Virtual Private Networks (VPN), Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), H.323 protocols, HTML, VXML, SQL, ICM, IPCCE, CVP. -Able to use a personal computer in a Windows environment; as well as Lotus Notes, Microsoft software and mainframe functions. -Skilled with development of ICM routing scripts, Studio VXML applications and CVP scripts. -Able to establish and maintain effective and professional working relationships with others at all times in the course and scope of conducting business. -Able to manage work efficiently in order to complete multiple assignments in a timely manner and communicate effectively and correctly in writing and verbally on a variety of business matters as requested.
