*Mandatory Requirements Note: Candidates not meeting the following mandatory requirements as contained in the RFP will not be considered for further evaluation: 1.Bachelor’s Degree (Pass/Fail) 2.A minimum of four years’ project management experience in utilizing a project management methodology in an information technology environment. (Pass/Fail) 3.Three years of additional experience working on Information Technology projects with supervisory responsibility of at least one component of a system development lifecycle. (Pass/Fail) 4.Two years of experience in a manager role on a complex Information Technology project. (Pass/Fail) Desirable Experience Preferred for These Positions 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (20 Points) 2. 5+ years demonstrated experience working directly with customers to identify their business processes, rules, application user requirements, and business process re-engineering; experience in the human services/juvenile justice case management arena preferred. (30 Points) 3.5+ years demonstrated experience leading the technical design process for complex, large-scale web-based applications; developing such applications within an N-Tier environment using the following: VB.NET <http://vb.net/>, ASP.NET<http://asp.net/>, ASP, HTML, and VB COM; using PL/SQL to write stored procedures and triggers for Oracle database(s); and leading development teams of 4 or more programmers for these large scale n-tiered, web based applications. (30 Points) 4.5+ years demonstrated experience designing Oracle database(s); and in developing security for large scale, n-tiered, web based applications including both database role driven security and Siteminder authentication security for users within and outside the organization’s network.
