Associate's degree (Pass/Fail) 2. Must have a minimum of (4) years experience developing web sites using one or more of the following tools and techniques: • Developing user interaction models and user flow diagrams • Site navigation maps • User Accessibility and 508 compliance • State vs. stateless applications • HTML, DHTML,CSS,XSL • XML • UML • Microsoft tools • Visual Studio .Net (or latest version) • Visual Basic 6.0 • ASP.Net or ASP • IIS Version 6.0 • FrontPage • Java tools • JSP • Servlets • Java Script • HIS (Pass/Fail) 3. Must have an understanding of database concepts and SQL commands (Pass/Fail) 4. Must be familiar with MS Windows NT 4.0/2000/XP (or latest version of Microsoft Operating) (Pass/Fail) Desirable Experience Preferred for These Positions 1. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with experiences working with IT personal and application users. (10 Points) 2. Eight (8) or more years experience writing stored procedures and demonstrated experience designing large complex enterprise SQL Server and Oracle database's) (20 Points) 3. Five (5)+ years experience designing, authoring, and implementing the technical design for large complex ASP/COM,XML,XSLT, and (3) or more years object oriented on .Net,C#.Net, ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> N-Tier applications with custom entities (20 Points) 4. Eight (8) or more years experience developing complex (n-tier) interactive web applications using:- VB.Net, ASP, ASP.Net, HTML, VB Script, Java Script, VB, ADO, Dcom,VB.NET <http://vb.net/>, ADO.NET<http://ado.net/>, Web services, Window Services Com+Interop,and some experience working with .Net 3.5 framework with preferably three (3) or more years performing these tasks developing applications that process Criminal History Information (25 Points) 5. Six (6) or more years experience identifying and documenting business processes, rules, application user requirements and demonstrated experience in re-engineering current business processes, with preferably three (3) or more years performing these tasks developing applications that process Criminal History Information.
