Final Bill Rate: $50/hr*

Responsible for maintaining existing financial and database applications
including conversions and upgrades, writing new programs to help automate
existing manual procedures, and setting up data imports and exports.
Specific responsibilities include the following: Developing, maintaining
Business Objects reports and universes.
Works with business users as well as technical staff to source, develop,
maintain and interpret results.
XCelsius proficiency is needed.
• College degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent
work experience
• 5-8 years experience with Business Objects software, designer, universe,
security, CMS, Crystal Reporting
• Complete understanding and wide application of technical principles,
theories and concepts in the field. General knowledge of other related
disciplines
• Detailed knowledge and proficiency of programming languages
• Proficiency with relational databases, SQL
• Provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
Solutions are innovative, thorough, practical and consistent with
organization objectives.
• Strong customer service focus
• Ability to lead discussions with all levels of the organization and to
provide balanced information of an idea or communication of an issue
regardless of written or verbal
• Familiarity with health care or Pharmaceutical industry very helpful
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate project deadlines
• Strong mentoring skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work load and meet project deadlines
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and applications
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent
decisions
• Has worked in a matrixed organization, or has solid team collaboration
experience
